Yay!! Our local MAD ORCH has their main concert coming up!
As usual, you do not want to miss this concert. Cosmic Harmonies will delight and enthral audiences as we soar into grand melodies, majestic chords and rip roaring rhythms. We will share the stage with our own MAD Strings as well as the Class 6 Steiner ensemble as well. What a treat our audiences are in for.

Tinderella and the eight unique uses of Tinder is a one-human show created and performed by Albury–Wodonga-based Alyce Fisher. It explores her real-life tales, investigates contemporary dating app culture and aims to empower everyone to take control of their own dating destiny. Tinderella is a comedy cabaret strongly influenced by Disney characters, featuring a bespoke mockumentary film, an informative TED Talk (or as we call it, TIT Talk), audience interaction and participation, a magic wand and two life-size condom costumes. Tinderella is a rollicking good time, super funny and has a whole lot of heart.
Suited for audiences 18+ and with a running time of 50 minutes, Tinderella is for comedy and cabaret lovers, anyone who has experienced the highs and the lows of dating apps and those who are curious as to how it all works.

Exciting Announcement: "Peninsula" a play by Gary Henderson

Join us for a thrilling theatrical journey with "Peninsula," a captivating play by the talented Gary Henderson! Set against the stunning backdrop of Banks Peninsula in New Zealand in the 1960s, this story follows ten-year-old Michael Hope, who sleeps on a volcano and is inspired to explore his surroundings through mapmaking. As he delves into the rich history of Akaroa Harbour, he soon discovers that not all volcanoes are extinct and that the adult world around him is filled with its own rumblings and chaos.

We will have our first meeting on Monday 31st March at 6.00pm in the large space behind MACE. You will receive your scripts, rehearsal schedule and we will just go through everything plus it gives us all a chance to all get together.

Introducing the ARTY Awards - Celebrating the Creative Talents of Mansfield’s Youth

The ARTY Awards will unite MMuDS, Radio Mansfield and Mansfield Shire Council bodies under one banner shining a spotlight on Mansfield’s up-and-coming creative youth.

The free event will also feature performances by local musicians, specially curated by the Mansfield Shire Youth Centre, providing an afternoon of entertainment and celebration of local talent.

Thanks to generous support from the Black Summer Bushfire Recovery Fund, MMuDS is thrilled to offer an exciting 2-day program for young people to develop their skills in heatrical lighting. Young people aged 15– 25 years, from Mansfield Shire and surrounds are encouraged to apply.
