- To confirm the minutes of the 2025 AGM.

- To receive and consider the Report of the Committee on the activities of the Society for 2025/26 financial year.

- To accept the financial statements for the 2025/26 financial year submitted by the Committee in accordance with Rule 48(2).

- Election of Committee.

- To confirm the Annual Subscription for 2026/27 memberships (Adult $25, Child $15, Family $40, Patron $200)
