A little about me
My name is Daryl and I have been a member of this “Pale Blue Dot” for over 60 years. I live in North East Victoria in the Island Continent of Australia. I have worked for a number of organisations and businesses. In 2016 I had a Corneal Transplant which encouraged me to take up photography. I still consider myself a learner. All my life I have been very interested in History, Science, Politics and Philosophy. This is in spite of what the education system did to me. I have also had an over forty year love affair with the Performing Arts. I am a Secular Humanist, politically a “lefty” and philosophically I am an Existentialist. All that being said I respect your right to “hold” your views and opinions but don’t confuse that with respecting “them” I am a highly empathetic person, sometimes to my own detriment but I am grateful to have strong feelings in particular about community and society. I was told as one gets older one becomes more conservative. I have yet to feel that, maybe I am still to young!, anyway that is me, warts and all. If you want to get in touch please use the Contact Form I have provided.
If you would like to support the upkeep of my website and be able to download some “High Resolution” photographs why not buy me a coffee: https://ko-fi.com/darylhunt62
